While Australian Taliban “fighter” David Hicks remains in military custody at Guantanamo Bay, the US Justice Department has announced that his American equivalent, John Walker, “will be brought back to the United States to stand trial on multiple charges, including conspiracy to kill U.S. nationals abroad.” (CNN )
