Small type afficionados fight back
Concerning the legibility of the text on my site, Mark Bernstein wrote to suggest that “the problem isn’t so much contrast (pace Meryl) or type size (though people *will* complain about 10pt or size=2), but you’re setting long lines of small type very tight.” I’ve implemented Mark’s suggestion as an interim measure, though I’m not convinced that this will satisfy members of the opposing faction.
Mark also points out in response to my invitation for feedback: “your weblog page has no email address—at least none that I can find!” This is turning into quite a nice little usability exercise. The Spam-Free Email symbol might be perfectly obvious to Radio users but a caption is clearly necessary. Fixed.
