Dropping a load
Burningbird has started a brand new weblog, The Hunt for the Wild MT Documenters. Hosted by Shelley Powers, the new blog is devoted to tracking MT Documenters—such as Allan Moult and myself—throughout the “wild weblogging kingdom.” She devotes her first report to Allan’s and my initial efforts:
As we quietly approach the first Documenter, Jonathon Delacour, we can’t help but notice an odd sideways step as he moves his MT weblog to the US. We take a moment or two to note this unusual directional shit, wondering if this means that Jonathon, unlike other Australian MT Documenters, could possibly be more resistent to the damaging effects of American coffee with this move.
And her second to more general observations about the species:
One challenge associated with hunting the Wild MT Documenter is there is a noticable lack of spoor. Not a complete lack as even the MT Documenter has been known to drop a load on occasion.
I can’t help but note a degree of inconsistency. Surely an “unusual directional shit” would yield an abundance of spoor.

Oopsie. Hoist on my own typo.
