Questions for Dorothea
According to a Sydney Morning Herald story:
[Cate Blanchett] makes only the briefest of appearances in the second Lord of the Rings instalment, The Two Towers.
“I think it’s about 60 seconds actually,” she said.
Is this true? Is she really on-screen for such a short time?
Is the movie enhanced by her relative absence?
How many Elvish words does Ms Blanchett mispronounce in that single minute?

Yes, it is true. Maybe the movie is enhanced -- it's a very crowded movie (as it must be; lot of plot to get through), and it would be hard to feature her more prominently. The plot point given her is very clever, however, and the payoff is pretty huge. Galadriel has an impact on events far greater than her actual screen time would suggest.
Which, to me, is very Galadriel-ish.
No mispronunciations. :) A recap of the opening of the first movie is all the Elvish she's given in this one.
